Description
Light Condition:
Calla lilies prefer bright, indirect light. They can tolerate some direct sunlight. If grown outdoors, they do well in partial shade or morning sun with afternoon shade, especially in hot climates.
Water Level:
Keep the soil consistently moist but not soggy. Water when the top 1-2 inches of soil feels dry. Overwatering can lead to root rot, so ensure proper drainage.
Temperature:
Calla lilies thrive in temperatures between 65-75°F (18-24°C). They prefer moderate temperatures and should be kept away from extreme heat or cold.
Repotting:
Gently remove the plant from its pot, loosen any tangled roots, and place it in the new pot with fresh soil. Water thoroughly to help the plant settle into its new environment.
Pet Warning: Toxic If Ingested
