Description
Light Condition:
She prefers bright, indirect light. It thrives near a south or east-facing window, where it can receive plenty of filtered sunlight. Direct sunlight can cause leaf burn, but too little light may lead to poor growth and leaf drop.
Water Level:
Water when the top 1-2 inches of soil are dry. The plant prefers consistent moisture, but the soil should not be waterlogged.
Temperature:
She thrives in temperatures between 60-75°F (15-24°C). It is sensitive to cold drafts and sudden temperature changes, which can cause leaves to drop.
Repotting:
Repot in the spring or early summer when the plant is actively growing. This helps it adjust to its new environment. Every 1-2 years, or when the plant becomes root-bound. Choose a pot that is 2-4 inches larger in diameter than the current one.
Pet Warning: Toxic If Ingested
