Description
Light Condition:
She prefers bright, indirect light but can tolerate some direct sunlight. It thrives in a well-lit room with plenty of natural light, such as near a south-facing window.
Water Level:
Water thoroughly when the top 2-3 inches of soil are dry. This plant enjoys consistent moisture but does not like to sit in water.
Temperature:
She thrives in temperatures between 65-85°F (18-29°C). It can tolerate temperatures slightly outside this range but is sensitive to cold.
Repotting:
Repot the Giant Bird of Paradise every 2-3 years, or when it becomes root- bound. The best time to repot is in the spring or early summer when the plant is actively growing.
