Description
Light Condition:
Money plants thrive in bright, indirect light but can also tolerate low-light conditions. They prefer indirect sunlight to maintain their vibrant green color. If grown outdoors, they should be in a shaded area or a spot with filtered sunlight, as too much direct sun can scorch the leaves.
Water Level:
Water when the top 1-2 inches of soil feel dry. Money plants are tolerant of irregular watering but prefer to dry out between waterings. Overwatering can lead to root rot.
Temperature:
Money plants prefer temperatures between 65-85°F (18-29°C). They thrive in a warm, stable environment.
Repotting:
The best time to repot is in the spring or early summer when the plant is actively growing. Gently remove the plant from its pot, loosen any tangled roots, and place it in the new pot with fresh soil. Water thoroughly to help the plant settle into its new environment.
Pet Warning: Toxic If Ingested
